The Fitzness Show: Ep 44: How Challenged Athletes Foundation Hero Bryon Solberg Crushes Marathons and Life
Dr. Bryon Solberg just celebrated the 17th anniversary of his Spine-iversary. You know, the 17th yearmark since his cervical spine injury which left him diagnosed as an incomplete quadraplegic. Since then, he's completed almost 100 marathons on foot and tons of other races at various distances using other modalities. As Fitness expert, Fitz Koehler, M.S.E.S.S., interviews him, you'll find out how and why he takes on life with nonstop athletic adventure in mind. He lives the NO EXCUSES lifestyle to a T, and is the most joyful man on the planet because of it. Listen and learn, my friends. This ... is a good one. #RaceLobster
